          The objective of Good2call.com is to provide you various kinds of prepaid phone cards at discount price with our good service. For the insurance purposes and inoffensive environment for all of our customers, we have established the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, our service is offered to you on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.
Shipping Policy
            After you place an order, you credit card will be processed in real-time. The whole transaction is usually completed in less than 5 seconds.
  For new customer
            For the security reason, we will need to review your information before sending you PIN via email. The process usually takes about 15 minutes. We may call you to complete the order. If your payment is approved, you will also be able to check your order status immediately on the website. When your order is completed, your PIN number will be shownalso.
  For return customer
            Once your payment is approved, PIN will be shown at our website and sent to your email immediately. In most cases, you will receive the email in 1-3 minutes. You will also have an authorization to view PIN and dialing instruction immediately on the web.
            Good2call.com reserves the right to stop or postpone sending PIN for any transaction that we suspend.
Technical Problem/Rates/Connection/Network
            Good2call.com will do our best to provide wide range phone cards from the different network companies so that you, as a customer, will have more options and be able to pick the card that best fits your need.
            It is important for you to understand that each phone card comes from different network companies, and we are not the one who issues these phone cards. We, as a phone card seller, have no control and responsibility over the technical problem of each card. Terms and Conditions applied to all prepaid phone cards stated by network companies is shown below.
Term and Conditions
  - Prepaid phone card is non-transferable, unchangeable or refundable.
  - The purchased rates stated are subjected to change without prior notice and any disputes pertaining to these rates shall not be entertained.
  - Company reserves the right to add, amend or delete terms or conditions without prior notice.

          However, in case the problem occurs, you can report the problem to us, we will do as best as we can to communicate with the network companies and solve the problem for you. Also, you can contact and report problem to customer service for each card directly. Customer service phone number for each card will be provided on the website.
Return Policy
            Once PIN is given to you, Good2call.com reserves the right to refuse return or refund. To get a 100% refund, you will need to cancel your order before we send you the PIN. In case of double charges, please notify us at your earliest convinience, we will verify the information and act accordingly.
            If the customer do not satisfy with our products , please contact Customer Service Department of each card. However, if the problem occurs from Good2call.com such as dissatisfaction, delay or double charges and you want to cancel the order (before we send you the PIN number), you will get 100% refund. Please allow 72 hours for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks.
            The card will be expired within 3 months from date first use or on the expiration date printed on the card, whichever occurs first. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized use.
            If you've lost your PIN, please make your request to sales@good2call.com. The PIN can be re-sent to you via e-mail.
Payment Method
            Good2call.com accepts credit cards posting on our website including, Visa, Master Card. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchase with us. Please definitely provide the exact e-mail address, telephone number and the billing address your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed by "Good2call.com" upon shipment of your order. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Changes of Terms of Service or Policies
            Good2call.com reserves the right to change the Term of Service or Policies regrading the use
of service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Term of Service on this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this statement.
