Q : How can I place an order?
A : To place an order, you need to sign up with Good2Call.com. In order to sign up, you have to initially purchase a new calling card so you can create a member ID using your e-mail address. Your first name, last name, your contact telephone number and then billing address which your credit card issuer has a file on you, are required. Then you have to sign in and enter the credit card number corresponding to the billing address you enter earlier. Q : How long do customers have to wait for the PIN?
A : In most cases, we send the PIN to our customers immediately if their payment are completed. But sometimes, there could be some kinds of technical problems due to the mail server. For example, free e-mail service, which our customers are using, may consider our e-mails as 'junk mail' and may cause some delay or return our e-mails as undeliverable e-mails. So if you do not receive PIN within 15 mins or a period of time, please e-mail to sales@good2call.com with your purchase order number. We will resend the PIN to you or act accordingly to solve your problem.
Q : How to place an order?
A : This is the purchasing process:
     1. Register as a new member or SIGN IN if you already registered with your log in and password.
     2. Select a product and then click at BUY NOW on each product or ADD TO CART.      3. CHECK OUT at the shopping cart.
     4. You will be transfer to t he bank's page. Here you need to put your visa or master card number and the CVV which is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.
     5. SUBMIT. Then you will suddenly get the order confirmation and within five minutes you will get PIN at your e-mail if your payment is approved.
Q : What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail and the PIN number from Good2Call.com after placing the order?
A : The fact is when you already submitted your payment, a confirmation e-mail with your order number will be sent to your e-mail immediately. When we completed the order (mostly within 15 minutes), the PIN number is e-mailed to you immediately too. If you do not receive these two e-mails, please e-mail to sales@good2call.com and make sure this e-mail address : sales@good2call.com is in your "Safelist". Moreover, you can check your status on our website. If your order is completed, your PIN number will be shown at our website immediately.
Q: What type of credit card do we accept for online payment?
A: We accept both VISA and MASTER CREDIT CARD issued by all credit card issuers or banks. Also We accept VISA and Master debit cards, but in case, the transaction made with debit card is failed, it is possibly that your debit card issuer banks do not allowed customers to use it for online payment.
Q: Why don't I get the rates posted at the website?
A: Please check if you are using a 1800 access or local access numbers. Most phone cards have higher rates when you use 1800 access. Before you decide to buy a phone card, please check for an available local access number you can use at http://www.good2call.com/service2.asp
Q: What is the different between these access numbers: 1888 xxx-xxxx, 1877 xxx-xxxx, 1800 xxx-xxxx?
A: They are all what we call 1800 access numbers or toll free access numbers.
Q: How to find a local access number of each phone card?
A: Please see at http://www.good2call.com/service2.asp
Q: How to find more card details of each phone card?
A: Please click the phone card pictures or "Phonecard's Details", then you will see more details on each phone cards such as conditions and instructions. But if you do not understand, you can email sales@good2call.com, we will contact you back.
Q: How to find phone cards' instructions?
A: You can find phone cards' instructions at "Instructions" menu. Each phone card may have different local access numbers and instructions.
Q: What to do if you do not receive pin at your email?
A: Please sign in at our website and click 'ORDER STATUS/GET PIN', if your pin number is not shown, please email you 'PURCHASED ORDER NUMBER' to sales@good2call.com then we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
